This wedding took place in Minneapolis at the grooms house. It was a fantastic turn of the century building that the family had decorated for the occasion. There were lights, flowers, the works. They did a great job.
It was also interesting in that I didn’t have a chance to meet with either the bride or groom. They were both in New York up until the wedding. Therefore the getting dressed photos were a little more awkward than usual, but all warmed up as the day went on.
The decorations that had been set up made for some cool evening pictures as well. The dance floor area at night was a great time to bring out the flashes and balance the lights. There was also a little balcony on the side of the house that I managed to get a few interesting shots from.
